Exterior Warranty
Denver Colours Painting Company LLC™ guarantees our exterior work for 2 years. If the paint appears to crack or chip give us a call and we will assess the property promptly (weather permitting). We will supply the labor and cost of materials in order to correct the condition.
In no event will Denver Colours Painting Company LLC ™ be responsible for consequential or accidental damage, normal wear and tear, and temperature or settlement changes to the structure of the property. Exclusions also included paint failure due to rotted wood, other structural defects, moisture intrusion, dirt/ mildew accumulation, and insect infestation.
