What to expect throughout the process...
Getting an estimate
Schedule a time that works for you.
We will come to your location and give you thorough and accurate proposal for the work you need done.
This will be flexible based on what we decide together, but the cost will reflect a realistic estimate that relates to the final bill.
Before we begin work we will discuss the preparation for your property. This could include taking hanging items off the walls, moving furniture into the center of the room, etc.
After collaborating with you on the details of your project, we will both sign a service agreement.
The agreement is a formal version of the proposed estimate based on your needs. It allows us to know that you are contracting Denver Colours Painting to carry out the job you requested at the estimated price.
We pride ourselves on starting and finishing jobs on time, however if unexpected situations arise (weather, structural damage that is exposed after work begins, etc.) the service agreement may need to be revisited.
During the job
We will show up on time in white vans wearing white cloths.
We will be respectful of the people and items in and around the property. We understand that projects can intrude on your daily life so our goal is to be as efficient and clean as possible throughout.
At the end of each day we will make sure the work area is clean and functional
Along the way Angel Cruz (Owner) will be available to answer any questions that may arise.
After the job
When the work is complete the only evidence that will be left on your property is an excellent paint job.
We pride ourselves on being respectful to the people and items on your property. We will leave your place how we found it, except of course for the updated, fresh paint!
You will receive a bill called an invoice after you are satisfied with the project. This will reflect the cost in the estimate and service agreement. Please remit payment at your earliest convenience.
